Palisade Coffee Company is built on the principals of providing the highest quality, and freshest coffee possible to its customers. We accomplish this by sourcing some of the best beans in the world, and then roasting them in small batches. All orders are shipped the same day the coffee is roasted which means you are receiving beans that were hot out of the roaster 36-48 hours prior to you getting them in your kitchen. Once you taste the difference of truly fresh beans that have been taken care of, and meticulously roasted, you won't want to go back to your old stuff.
